• Fg55 is not liable for game losses caused by internet disconnection; however, cases with verified technical errors will be reviewed

• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fg55 and will result in permanent account closure:

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Fg55 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If KYC verification is not completed
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If the user requests account closure themselves

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (provided it is bonus-free) will be refunded, unless forfeiture is required due to a rule violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Fg55 is not liable for the following:

• Game losses due to internet outages or third-party technical issues
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence
• If service is disrupted during unscheduled maintenance
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers

In the event of any dispute, fg55's decision shall be considered final. However, members have the right to appeal through the support team.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Fg55 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
